Introduction
Welcome to Natures Protege (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.naturesprotege.com, www.naturesprotege.ca, www.TLM.com, and the Natures Protege mobile application (collectively, the “Platforms”), including any content, functionality, products, and services offered on or through the Platforms.

TLM.com operates as a brand and extension of Natures Protege. By accessing or using any of our Platforms, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platforms.


Purchases, Refunds & Cancellations
By making a purchase on our Platforms, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized use, or other suspicious activity is detected.

  • a) Digital Products & Memberships Due to the nature of digital products (eBooks, courses, memberships, coaching programs, etc.), all sales are final, unless otherwise stated or marketed, such as money-back guarantees offered during initial consultations if deemed not a good fit by either party. Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or resale of digital products is strictly prohibited.
  • b) Refunds & Cancellations Coaching Services: Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you may reschedule your session.

Subscription Services: If you sign up for a recurring subscription, you may cancel before your next billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued.

App-Specific Transactions: Purchases made through the app are subject to the same policies as purchases made through the website. Ensure your app store account details are accurate to avoid payment issues.

Chargebacks & Disputes: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to terminate your access to all products and services.

Natures Protege does not provide medical or mental health advice. Any information on the Platforms or provided in coaching programs is for informational and educational purposes only.

Not a Medical Professional: The content, programs, and coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

No Guaranteed Results: While our coaching and programs are designed to support overall well-being, results will vary based on individual effort, health conditions, and lifestyle factors.

Consult Your Physician: Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any major changes to your diet, exercise, or lifestyle.

By using the Platforms and our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions and agree to hold Natures Protege harmless from any claims.


User Accounts, Access & Conduct
 When using our Platforms, you agree:
✅ To use the Platforms lawfully and ethically.
✅ To provide accurate information when purchasing products or services.
✅ Not to share, distribute, or resell digital products or coaching materials.
✅ Not to share login credentials or allow others to access your account.
✅ Not to engage in fraudulent activities, spam, hacking, or illegal activities.
✅ Not to attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with app security features.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to any Platforms, products, or services if you violate these Terms.


Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All content on the Platforms, including text, graphics, videos, courses, coaching materials, and digital downloads, is the exclusive property of Natures Protege and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.


Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platforms, products, or services.
  • We are not liable for app outages, data losses, or functionality interruptions.
  • You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with dietary or lifestyle changes.

This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Our Platforms may contain links to external websites. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.


Privacy & Data Protection

By using our Platforms, you agree to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We take data privacy seriously and do not sell personal information.

  • App Permissions: The app may request permissions (e.g., access to notifications or device storage) to enhance functionality. By granting permissions, you acknowledge that these are necessary for optimal app performance.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law 

  • Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, under the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.
  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. For app-specific updates, notifications may also be sent through the app. Your continued use of the Platforms after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
